What is the Islamic legal ruling on the belief that specific numbers assigned to names are connected to people's destinies and paths, and is this belief considered polytheism (shirk), and is it related to numerical miracles in the Quran?

All events in the universe occur by the decree and preordainment of Allah, and belief in this is one of the pillars of faith. Denying it indicates corruption of belief. There is no connection between numbers, names, and the events that occur to people; success, facilitation of matters, or the attainment of what is desired is subject to Allah's decree and will. The belief that luck brings the beloved and repels the feared, or that a lucky person obtains what was not destined for them, is invalid by transmitted texts, reason, and reality. The luck of the fortunate does not avail them against Allah.
