Does divorce take place if the wife intended to exit through the main entrance of the building, while the husband intended her to exit through the apartment door, when he said: "If you leave the house, then you are divorced"?

If you tied your wife's divorce to her leaving the apartment door, and she left, then the divorce occurs according to the majority of scholars. You may take her back before her 'iddah expires, as long as this divorce does not complete three divorces. As for the Shafi'is, the divorce does not occur if your intention was to prevent her and she was heedful of that, and the wife left forgetfully, ignorantly, or under duress. This is also a narration from Imam Ahmad and the choice of some verifying scholars, such as Sheikh al-Islam.
