What is the ruling on celebrating Women's Day, Labor Day, Tree Day, and the Noble Prophet's Birthday (Mawlid)?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to celebrate festivals such as Mother's Day, Women's Day, Children's Day, or Tree Day, nor is it permissible for him to imitate disbelievers in their festivals. The only festivals in Islam are Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Celebrating the Prophet's birthday (Mawlid) is an innovation (bid'ah) and not from the Sunnah.
