What is the ruling on the saying: "Indeed, your cunning is great," addressed to women? Is it a statement from Allah or from the husband of the Al-Aziz's wife? And is it permissible to attribute this saying to Allah when addressing women with it?

The exegetes differed regarding the Almighty's saying: "He said: 'Indeed, this is from your plotting. Indeed, your plotting is great,'" whether it was the husband's statement or the witness's statement. There is no harm in using the verse as evidence that the plotting of women is great, because the Quran did not deny this statement.
