Is it permissible to create a website that daily sends subscribers a few Quranic verses with a simple explanation, for the purpose of contemplation and reflection, while emphasizing that this does not substitute for reading the Holy Quran?

Reading, learning, and teaching the Qur’an carry immense reward. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best among you is he who learns the Qur’an and teaches it." Moreover, reading a single letter brings ten good deeds. Among its virtues is that reading two verses from the Book of Allah is better than two great she-camels, and three verses are better than three, and so on.
