What is the ruling regarding a woman who entered into a state of Ihram for Hajj and then menstruated, while her Mahram is compelled to travel and she has no one else in Mecca?

A woman travels with her husband while remaining in her state of ihram. If she is from the lands of the Two Holy Mosques, she returns after her purity. However, if she is from a distant land and it is difficult for her to return, then she takes precautions (wears a protective pad) and completes her Umrah because it is a necessity. As for the farewell Tawaf, it is not obligatory for her.
