How is the sum of 5,134 riyals and a plot of land measuring 1,000 square meters to be divided among a mother, two wives, one son, and three daughters?

Allah the Almighty Himself undertook the division of inheritances in His Book, concluding its verses with the words: "Allah makes clear to you, lest you go astray. And Allah is Knowing of all things."

The division in this matter is as follows: - The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of children, as Allah the Almighty says: "And for his parents, to each one of them is a sixth of what he left if he had a child." - The two wives share one-eighth due to the presence of children, as Allah the Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them is an eighth of what you left." - The children receive the remainder, with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah the Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

This division occurs after fulfilling debts and executing any bequests within one-third of the estate, if they exist. Matters of inheritance should be brought before Sharia courts to secure the interests of both the living and the deceased.
