Is it just to punish the victim by ridiculing them instead of punishing the perpetrator who commits indecency, films it, and disseminates it, especially if the victim is young or deluded? And does this injustice justify the victim's suicide?

Affliction and the injustice of people do not contradict God's justice, and His wisdom dictates expiating the sins of the afflicted and multiplying their good deeds. Punishing the criminal aggressor is a religious obligation through the application of God's حكم (ruling/law) upon him. Mocking the victim and slandering her is forbidden if she was coerced, because the coerced is not held accountable for her actions. The victim's suicide is forbidden and considered one of the major sins.
