How can one propose marriage to a righteous man who has dedicated himself to God?

Every legitimate and Sharia-compliant means should be employed to facilitate marriage, including: informing female friends, relatives, and kin – even men – of the desire to marry so they can point to a righteous man; proposing marriage directly to a righteous man, with conditions and regulations, preferably through a mahram; and engaging with specialized websites that facilitate marriage, provided they are serious and managed by people of religion and good character, while being cautious of websites that are not serious.
