Does what is mentioned in the noble Hadith about the state of the lowest in rank among the people of Paradise describe the state of one who is punished in Hellfire then exits it and enters Paradise?

The lowest in rank among the people of Paradise will pass with difficulty over the Sirat, and the flames of the Fire will touch him. Then he will bathe at the gate of Paradise, and his freshness will be restored to him. A palace will be shown to him, and he will ask for it; then another will be shown to him, and he will ask for it, and so on until he becomes silent out of shyness. At that point, Allah will give him ten times the equivalent of this world. As for the people of the higher ranks, Allah has prepared for them immense blessings that transcend human imagination.
