Is the narration, "O Allah, make him learned in the religion and teach him interpretation," mentioned in Sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim, and what is the correct vocalization of the word "فقهه" (fawwiqhah)?

The hadith is authentic, but the phrase "and teach him the interpretation" was not transmitted by the two Sheikhs (Bukhari and Muslim). Rather, they both agreed on what Ibn Abbas narrated: "That the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered the restroom, and I placed water for ablution for him. He asked: 'Who placed this?' He was informed, so he said: 'O Allah, grant him understanding.'" In a narration by Al-Bukhari: "O Allah, grant him understanding in the religion." Al-Hakim authenticated the hadith with the addition: "and teach him the interpretation," and Al-Dhahabi, Al-Iraqi, Al-Busiri, and Al-Albani concurred with him.
