What is Islamically permissible for a husband from his wife, in terms of kisses on the face and chest, after the marriage contract has been concluded but the wedding postponed?

If a legitimate marriage contract, fulfilling all conditions, is concluded between a husband and wife, the wife immediately becomes lawful for her husband. This is based on the narration by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded me to bring a woman to her husband before he had given her anything." As for a mere promise of marriage, it does not make anything permissible, and the fiancée remains a non-mahram. It is preferable that the husband not consummate the marriage with his wife immediately after the legitimate contract until the marriage is announced, out of consideration for the feelings of the family, and due to the disputes that may arise from doing so. This is also exemplified by the story of Ali and Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with them) when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prevented him from consummating the marriage until he had given her something.
