What is the religious ruling on marriage after the suitor's father swore an oath of divorce upon the suitor's mother that this marriage would not take place due to a dispute with the fiancée's paternal uncle, even though the suitor's father knows that the fiancée is a good person?

No one among creation can stand between you and the good that Allah has decreed for you, nor can they repel harm that Allah has decreed for you. Allah says: "Indeed, We have created all things with a decree." The suitor should strive to solve the problem, knowing that he is not permitted to marry if his father does not approve, for obedience to the father is obligatory.
