The answer

There is no origin for this hadith in the books of Sunnah and narrations. Rather, it is circulated in some books of the Rafidah (Shi'a) which contain many lies against the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, such as the book "Khazinet al-Jawahir" by Ali Akbar Nahavandi, which includes myths and tales without any basis. Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunnis) were keen to purify books from baseless hadiths and established great sciences for that purpose, so such hadiths do not gain currency among them. Ibn Hajar al-Haytami holds that the Shi'a's claim of the authenticity of these hadiths is impossible, because they were not characterized by narration or companionship of hadith scholars, whereas these hadiths were unknown to major hadith scholars who spent their lives collecting and categorizing hadiths, distinguishing their authentic from their infirm, and knowing the fabricated hadith and the reason for its fabrication, which preserved the Sharia from deviation and alteration.
