Is "Seek help in achieving your needs by being discreet" an authentic Hadith, or where does this saying originate?

The Hadith "Seek help in the fulfillment of your needs by being discreet, for every possessor of a blessing is envied" was narrated by Al-Tabarani and Al-Bayhaqi from Mu'adh ibn Jabal. Scholars have differed regarding its authenticity, some, like Ahmad, Ibn Ma'in, and Al-San'ani, judged it to be fabricated, while Al-Albani authenticated it with the mentioned wording.
