Is it permissible for an employee to take an amount of money exceeding what he is entitled to if this excess compensates for an injustice previously inflicted upon him by the manager?

If a person entitled to a financial right mandated by a work contract is prevented from receiving it, and there is no impediment to their claim, then there is no blame upon them for taking their due amount if they come across it, unless doing so would lead to a greater harm than the loss of the right. This method should only be resorted to when it is impossible to obtain the right through open and legal means.
