If an employee has confirmed financial rights in a contract and is unable to obtain them through ordinary means, he is permitted to take them if he can do so without the company's knowledge. However, if the perceived rights exceed what is stipulated in the contract, it is not permissible to take anything from the company's funds. Regarding injustice in work distribution, the employee must either accept it or inform the company of his dissatisfaction, then choose between continuing the work or leaving it. It is not permissible for him to take money in exchange for this injustice after having accepted the work.
