The burden of injustice resulting from poor work distribution falls upon the officials in the company, because they are required to be fair among employees in distributing essential and additional tasks. It is not permissible to deviate from this unless it is for the benefit of the work. It is forbidden to take payment for not being fair in distribution. As for the wage for the work you have completed and are certain that you have not been given your full right, it is permissible for you to take it without increase.
