What is the ruling on working as an accountant in a tourist resort that requires shaving the beard, given significant financial obligations, and is the money earned from it lawful (halal) or unlawful (haram), with the intention of repenting and leaving the job when an alternative becomes available?

If you are compelled to this work and there is no other source of livelihood to cover your essential financial obligations, then there is no blame upon you for continuing in it until you find another job, as Allah Almighty says: "And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled." So, if the job is permissible and does not involve directly committing something forbidden or assisting in it, then the salary is permissible. However, if the job involves directly committing something forbidden or assisting in it, then the salary is originally forbidden, but it becomes permissible out of necessity.
