What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding saying "you are divorced" to one's wife with the intention of expressing extreme anger, knowing that one previous divorce has already occurred?

The relied-upon is that anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it removes one's sanity. Therefore, as long as you pronounced the divorce of your wife while aware of what you were saying, your divorce has occurred. Since this is the second divorce, you may take your wife back during her (waiting period). Some scholars are of the opinion that a divorce pronounced in a state of intense anger does not occur, even if it did not remove one's sanity.
