Is it permissible to gamble a single time to obtain money for marriage, due to poor financial conditions and the temptations present in Western countries?

Gambling is a major sin and forbidden, and its money is impure. It is not permissible to engage in it for the need to marry. Rather, one must seek marriage with lawful money and be patient until Allah expands one's provisions. And whoever seeks chastity and fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. Among the things that help one maintain chastity are fasting, lowering the gaze, strengthening one's connection with Allah, exercising, occupying one's time with beneficial things, and befriending good people. It should be noted that there is a danger to a Muslim's religion and morals when residing in non-Muslim lands, except in specific cases and with regulations.
