What is the method for preparing talbina as authentically reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?

Talbina: a food made from flour or bran, with honey added to it, and sometimes milk. It was named as such because of its resemblance to milk in its whiteness and thinness.

It was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that it is "a solace for the heart of the sick, removing some of the sadness," and Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, used to prepare it for the family of the deceased.
