Is it permissible to name a child "Fathallah" given its prevalence among Christians?

1. Exclusive to Muslims.
2. Exclusive to disbelievers, and Muslims are not permitted to use them.
3. Common between Muslims and disbelievers, and there is no prohibition against using them.
Naming with "Fathullah" (فتح الله) is not legally prohibited.
