What should a person do who masturbated many times in Ramadan without performing ghusl, and then repented?

Masturbation is Islamically forbidden, and its prohibition is intensified in Ramadan. Whoever commits it must repent and seek forgiveness, and make up all the days they invalidated by that act. They are not required to offer the major expiation (kaffarah kubra) according to the majority of scholars. Furthermore, all prayers missed after masturbation and before performing ghusl must be made up. If one delays making up the days while having the ability to do so until the next Ramadan begins, then in addition to making them up, they must pay a delayed expiation (kaffarat ta'kheer) equivalent to one mudd of food for each day to the needy.
