What is the ruling on marrying the son of one's paternal uncle's son, and what is the ruling on a girl marrying the son of her mother-in-law's brother?

Allah Almighty mentioned the women forbidden due to kinship, and they are seven: the mother, the daughter, the sister, the paternal aunt, the maternal aunt, the brother's daughter, and the sister's daughter. All others besides these are permissible. Thus, it is permissible to marry the paternal uncle's daughter, the paternal aunt's daughter, the maternal uncle's daughter, the maternal aunt's daughter, the paternal grand-uncle's son, and the mother-in-law's brother's son.
