The answer

If the father deposits money into his son's account as a gift (hiba), then the son has the right to take it, as it becomes his property through the gift and its acceptance. However, if he deposited it for another purpose, then the son must seek permission to take it, based on the hadith: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent." Whatever the son has taken from his father's money must be returned to him, unless the father forgives him for it.
