What is to be done after a husband loses his job and his financial income ceases, with an interest-bearing loan, and the inability to provide for the family's basic expenses?

Our advice to the questioner and her husband is to be patient and strive in lawful earnings. Allah provides a way out for whoever fears Him and sustains him from where he does not expect. As for the husband borrowing with interest (riba), it is forbidden. What is with Allah cannot be attained through disobeying Him. Therefore, he must repent and resolve not to return to it.
