Did the Messiah truly die as stated in Surat Al Imran, or was he not killed nor crucified as stated in Surat An-Nisa? And did Muhammad (peace be upon him) follow the Messiah in order to be above the disbelievers, or was there a need for a new religion?

Verse 157 of Surah An-Nisa affirms that Isa (Jesus), peace be upon him, was neither killed nor crucified, but rather was raised to the heavens. This truth does not contradict Allah's saying: "Indeed, I will take you (Mutawaffika) and raise you to Myself," for the word "Al-Tawaffi" does not necessarily mean death, but also includes taking possession of both the soul and the body and raising them, as stated in scholarly interpretations.

The followers of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, are the true followers of the prophets. They are the believers in Isa who will assist him upon his descent at the end of time to rule by Islam, break the cross, kill the swine, and during his time, Allah will destroy all religions except Islam. Then, he will pass away after forty years.
