Is playing PlayStation football games for four hours daily, while remembering Allah and seeking His forgiveness and entering Islamic Paltalk rooms to disseminate remembrances during play, considered a permissible act and an obedience to Allah, or a waste of time?

Islam has permitted recreation and entertainment, provided they adhere to legitimate controls: that they do not distract from the remembrance of Allah and prayer, that they are not accompanied by gambling, contention, fanaticism, or forbidden music, and that they are beneficial and useful, such as gaining mental or physical exercise, or acquiring experience.

If these controls are met in a game, then it is permissible to use it. If it does not contain significant benefit, such as mental exercise, then engaging in it is no less than a waste of time. As for the remembrance of Allah or spreading good in forums, it is praiseworthy in Islamic law.
