What is the ruling on secretly taking leftover medications from patients in the hospital and distributing them to the needy, while recording them as if the patient consumed them, in order to prevent officials from stealing and selling them?

The first scenario: The competition is between men and women, with prizes. This is impermissible due to the harms it entails, which is why scholars have prohibited it.

The second scenario: The competition is exclusively among women, but the organizers of the competition are men. This is impermissible.

The third scenario: The competition is exclusively among women, and the organizers are exclusively women. This is permissible, provided that no other harms result from the competition, such such as ostentatious display, or appearing before non-mahram men, and so on.

If the memorization is for the Book of Allah or the Sunnah, then it is considered among the best of deeds.
