What is the ruling of Islamic law on a mother giving her newborn to her husband's paternal uncle, who is deprived of offspring, under a system of sponsorship, knowing that the mother and her husband are well-off?

Child custody is a shared right between both parents. It is permissible to transfer this right to the husband's paternal uncle with their consent, provided that the uncle is trustworthy with the child, committed to his religious and worldly well-being, and preserves his lineage without adoption. However, if there is a fear of the child being neglected or lost, especially regarding his religious upbringing, then it is not permissible to hand him over to the uncle. It is preferable for the child to remain with his parents for his upbringing and guidance.
