You must ignore whisperings (waswas) and turn away from them completely. (ritual bath) is only required upon certain and firm conviction of the emission of semen which necessitates it. The presence of pleasure is not a condition if the emission of semen occurs during sleep. If you are not certain of the emission of semen, but rather felt something or experienced vaginal wetness, these are whisperings that do not necessitate anything.
