Is taking a second wife abroad considered an injustice to the first wife, and what must be done to ensure justice between them?

A husband must be just among his wives in the division [of time and resources], unless one of them relinquishes her right to it. He is not permitted to travel with one of them without the others, except by drawing lots. If a wife falls short in her duty towards her husband, he should admonish her, then abandon her [in bed], then strike her with a non-injurious blow. If a wife denies her husband his right to enjoyment, she has no right to a division [of his time or resources] until she returns to obedience.
