As for his father, who passed away before him, his inheritance is passed down to his eight sons, five daughters, and his two wives who were under his marital bond at the time of his death.

A woman divorced with a definitive divorce during his lifetime does not inherit, by consensus. However, if the divorce occurred during his death illness, she inherits and shares in one-eighth with the other two wives.

The man's estate is divided as follows: his two wives receive one-eighth due to the presence of a direct heir, and the remainder goes to his children by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females.
