Is it permissible to kiss one's wife after swearing an oath upon the Qur'an not to kiss anyone, knowing that the oath was made in a state of anger?

It is permissible for this person to kiss his wife, and by doing so, he breaks his oath and is liable for the expiation of an oath, which is: feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If he cannot find any of these, then he must fast for three days. It is recommended for him to break the oath because it serves the interest of good marital relations. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "By Allah, if Allah wills, I will not swear an oath and then see something else better than it, except that I will expiate for my oath and do that which is better." There is no consideration for this happening in a state of anger, as it is apparent that he was aware of what he was doing, given that he placed his hand on the Qur'an.
