What are the supplications I can say against someone who has continuously wronged, humiliated, and mistreated me and my family, especially since I forgave him when I was able to retaliate? And is a husband permitted to supplicate against his wife when angry?

Originally, it is forbidden for a Muslim to supplicate against his brother, especially a spouse or a relative, unless it is rightful, such as the supplication of the oppressed against the oppressor. This is on the condition that the supplication does not exceed the extent of the injustice. It is preferable to forgive and supplicate for guidance. If a woman wrongs her husband with an injustice that warrants the anger of the angels, it is permissible for him to supplicate against her with the anger of the angels; otherwise, it is not permissible. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The supplication of any one of you will be answered as long as he does not supplicate for a sin or for the severing of kinship ties, and as long as he does not become impatient." Supplicating for a sin includes supplicating against someone who has not wronged, or supplicating for more than the wrong committed.
