The answer

It is permissible for a father who is poor or in need to dispose of his child's wealth, whether the child is young or old, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, the best of what a man eats is from his own earning, and his child is from his earning." It is permissible for the father to spend from the wealth of his disabled daughter on himself and on her mother if they are in need. However, it is not permissible for him to spend from it on the rest of the children. There is no harm for the family to go out for recreation and leave the disabled daughter at home, provided that necessary precautions are taken for her care and to ensure her basic needs are met.
