The answer

The salary that you were commanded to save should not be spent until the designated period ends, because obedience to parents is obligatory in matters that are not sinful, have a legitimate purpose, and do not harm the child. If you spend it, the salary that your father spent on you might not be rightfully yours, because it was gifted to you so that you could save your own salary, and the condition of the giver must be followed. After the father's death, the money becomes an inheritance. If you are the sole heir, the matter is clear. Otherwise, you have no right except to what becomes your share through inheritance, and a bequest to an heir is not enforceable unless the other heirs consent.
