What is the ruling on working in hotels where there are reprehensible acts, and is it permissible to leave such a job for another that does not provide a dignified life?

It is not permissible to work in hotels that serve alcohol or where forbidden acts are committed, due to the collaboration in sin that this entails, which is prohibited by the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." The sin increases if the worker directly serves alcohol, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has cursed alcohol, its drinker, its server, its seller, its buyer, its presser, the one for whom it is pressed, its carrier, and the one to whom it is carried." Remaining in this job is permissible only in cases of extreme necessity, such as the unavailability of a permissible job that suffices to meet one's needs, provided there is a serious search for another job. It should be noted that providing a dignified life does not fall within the limits of necessity that would permit this.
