How do I deal with mixing with female teachers and students in an environment where indecency is widespread? And is it forbidden for me to remain in this country given my financial circumstances, which do not allow me to study in my own country?

The default rule is that the mixing of men and women is impermissible due to the corrupting influences that result from it. However, studying in mixed environments is permissible if it is the only means to acquire knowledge and no unmixed alternatives exist, provided that one lowers their gaze and avoids private seclusion (khalwa). This has been permitted due to pressing need in our time, because that which was forbidden as a preventative measure can be permitted by necessity.

If it is not possible to transfer to an unmixed university or school, and a person needs to study there, then they must study while being careful to avoid indecency and temptation by lowering their gaze, guarding their tongue, and refraining from speaking or sitting with women, and by choosing righteous companions who will assist them in this.
