How can one deal with a mother who shows hatred towards her daughter for her commitment to religion, and makes her feel disobedient and disapproved of, which previously led the daughter to abandon hijab and prayer, and she is now repentant and fears Allah's wrath upon her?

The rights of parents are immense, and Allah has coupled His right with theirs, enjoining kindness towards them. Even if they strive to make their child associate partners with Allah, it is not permissible to obey them in disobeying Allah. However, one must still accompany them with kindness. The hardships you face with your parents or society are a test from Allah to distinguish the truthful from the deceitful. Beware of obeying Satan, and let repentance be the beginning of the correct path with Allah, enduring His command with patience.
