Is it permissible for someone who suffers from continuous flatulence due to the evil eye and envy, and it persists with her from one prayer time to another, to perform the prayer of the incontinent (Salat al-Sils), and is the ablution of the incontinent person invalidated?

If a girl does not find enough time to perform prayer with proper purity due to continuous flatulence, she is considered to be in the ruling of one with chronic discharge (saahib al-salas). She should perform ablution (wudu') for prayer after its time has begun, and then perform the obligatory prayer and any voluntary prayers she wishes. Her ablution is not invalidated except by the exit of the prayer time or by the usual invalidators of ablution. She must perform ablution and pray, and the flatulence that issues from her does not harm her prayer. It is recommended for her to seek medical treatment for this condition.
