The answer

Adultery and abortion without necessity are grave sins. The expiation for adultery is repentance with its conditions: abstaining from the sin, regretting it, resolving not to return to it, and concealing one's own sin.

If the fetus is aborted after its creation has been clearly established, then whoever directly performed the abortion must pay the blood money for the fetus (ghurrah).

It is obligatory to sever the relationship with the fornicator. It is not permissible to abort the pregnancy, nor is this pregnancy attributed to the fornicator.

The man must repent. The sale and purchase of a free person are void, and the adoption of a child and attributing him to oneself is a grave evil that must be nullified.
