What is the ruling on a husband giving a portion of his wife's money to his brother with her knowledge but without her consent?

It is not permissible for a husband to take anything from his wife's money for himself or for others, except with her permission and consent, due to the generality of Allah Almighty's saying: "And do not consume one another's properties wrongfully," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent."
