What are the conditions for the 'Udhiyah (sacrificial animal), and is anything incumbent upon one who plucks the skin of his lips and cuts his nails?

The majority of scholars dislike taking from the skin, hair, or nails for one who intends to offer a sacrifice (Udhiyah), and it is forbidden according to Imam Ahmad. The majority of scholars supported the view that it is not forbidden by saying that nothing Allah made lawful for the Prophet (peace be upon him) was made unlawful for him until he slaughtered his sacrificial animal.
