Is it permissible for the شيخ (shaykh) to be preoccupied with other matters while I am reciting the Holy Quran to him?

When listening to the Quran, it is recommended to listen attentively and reflect, and not to be preoccupied, except for a valid excuse. As for the teacher's preoccupation during the recitation session, it is contrary to what is most preferable, but some skilled reciters can follow more than one person despite their preoccupation. It is advised to be patient with the skilled teacher, otherwise, look for another if their preoccupation bothers you.
