Is it permissible to have intercourse with one's wife in the anal region from above the clothes?

Intercourse with one's wife in the anus is forbidden due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And beware of menstruation and the anus." However, what is forbidden is only penetration therein. As for enjoying the anus from above or beneath the clothes, there is no harm in it, as long as one is certain that it will not lead to the forbidden penetration, while taking into consideration the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Like a shepherd who pastures around a sanctuary, he is about to graze within it."
