Does a righteous dream, in which reciting Surat Al-An'am is requested, not lead to a religious ruling?

Visions are not a legitimate source for rulings; they neither nullify an established Sunnah nor establish a Sunnah that is not established, and this is by scholarly consensus. A righteous vision may be a bearer of good tidings or a cause for its recipient to awaken from their heedlessness and repent, but it cannot be relied upon to alter what has been determined in Islamic law, or to establish rulings such as fasting. Therefore, reciting Surat Al-An'am during a disaster is not established by legal proof. A Muslim must verify what is conveyed to them and hold fast to the rope of Allah and take lawful means.
