Does the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever prays during the nights of Ramadan with faith and in the hope of reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven," include one who does not pray Tarawih in the mosque for some nights, or is it a condition to pray all the nights of Ramadan?

The [night] prayer of Ramadan includes all its nights, whether performed in congregation at the mosque or individually at home. And whoever prays during the nights of Ramadan with faith and expecting Allah’s reward, all his past sins will be forgiven.

As for whoever misses praying on some nights due to an excuse, he is hoped to attain the mentioned reward, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "If a slave falls ill or travels, there is written for him the like of what he used to do when he was healthy and not traveling."

However, whoever abandons the prayer out of laziness will not attain the mentioned reward.
