What is the ruling on using "al-Ghamra" on the face to purify it, along with the Sharia evidence for its prohibition?

"Ghumrah" is a paste made from wars (saffron) or other ingredients, also called "Ghumna." A woman applies it to her face to brighten its color. It is not permissible if it removes a layer of the facial skin or alters Allah's creation. However, it is permissible for cleaning the skin and removing blemishes.
